begining April 1900. I belive he was the pay
Officer.

Merton D. Coffin, son of Morse H. Coffin (& Julia Dunbar), son of Jacob Coffin (& Ann Hull), son of Isaac Coffin (& Eleanor Fryer), son of John Coffin (& Marya Van Tassel), son of Isaac Coffin (& Anna Churchill). This is part of my Coffin family, which I have been studying of late. I am interested in getting a copy of this document. Would this be possible? Thank you.
