LOMBARDI, 78, of Union Avenue, owner of the former DuCour Jewelry Co.,
died yesterday at Miriam Hospital.
He was the husband of the late Beatrice (
Loya)
LOMBARDI. Born in Providence, a son of the late
Salvatore and Catherine
LOMBARDI, he lived in
Johnston for 40 years. Mr. Lombardi was an
Army veteran of World War II.
He had been the owner of the DuCour Jewelry for 35 years before he retired in 1992.
He leaves a companion, Anna DiSumma of Johnston; two daughters, Donna
Lapre and Corinne
Corso, both of Cranston; three sons,
Salvatore LOMBARDI in
Alabama, Antonio A. Lombardi of
Warwick and Nicholas
LOMBARDI of Cranston; a sister, Maria
Caprio of Cranston; and five
grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Anacelto
LOMBARDI.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 8 a.m. from Nardolillo Funeral Home, 1278
Park Ave.,
Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 in Our Lady of Grace Church, George
Waterman Road,
Johnston. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery,
Cranston.
