This Valentine Neuber was born in 1842
possibly Pennsylvania. His father, George
was found in the census records, and was
listed as being born in Germany about 1812.
I believe George's father was Valentin or
Valentine born in Germany .

Valentine was born 1842 in PA. Died 1914 and is buried
St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Wilmot Twp,
Bradford County, PA. He was a farmer in
Wilmot Township. He married Amanda Hunsinger
July 1867 by Samuel Norconk, Justice of the
Peace probably married in Wilmot.
Amanda was born 1845 in Wilmot Township, the
daughter of Paul Lydia Drescher/Thrasher
Hunsinger. Amanda died 1916 and is buried
beside of Valentine.
The children I have found so far are :
Hannah Neuber
John George Neuber
Jacob Neuber - my husband's grandfather.
Daniel Valentine Neuber
Jeff Neuber -

Valentine was the son of George Elisa Neuber
They came from Germany. One daughter Elisa
was born 1841 in Germany so apparently they
had just arrived in America when Valentine
was born. I don't know whether he was born
in Wilmot Twp. or before they settled in
Wilmot Twp. area. I am still working on this.
If anyone has any other information, I would
appreciate it.

I am so glad to know that I could help.
My father-in-law always said that the Vose
family came to the family reunion but he
couldn't remember how they were related.
More of the puzzle pieces are now coming
rogether.
Thank you and I hope you can find out some
other information about the family. Does
your friend have any dates or places they
lived. The Vose's I heard about lived
outside of Hollenback, Wilmot Twp, Bradford
County. That is very close to our house.

My friend would like to correspond with you. Her email: rhunsinger1@juno.com She is elated about finding something on her family. She said yesterday that Emma Neuber Vose died at the birth of twins when Gertrude was 14. William Vose never remarried. My friend attended school with her Neuber cousins, can tell you more when you contact her. So I will bow out of the picture, and let you contact your cousin.
