Washington J McKINNEY and Mary Barnard CAUDLE were both born in South Carolina and were married in Bibb County, Alabama in 1847. They had seven children: Martha Lucinda, Mary Bethina, William Robert, John H, James, Nancy Ann, and Sarah Ann. By 1855 the family had moved to Anderson County, Texas and lived in the Elkhart and Salmon areas of Anderson County. Some family members later moved to Crockett in Houston County and some to Jacksonville in Cherokee County. The daughters married prominent members of the KERSH, TRIGG, WORK, and ASHLEY families. Granddaughters married into the HUDDLESTON family of Elkhart. I am seeking any and all info available on these lines.
