He married a Hanna Melassina (maiden name unknown) Brockman and moved to the town of farmington La Crosse County. They may have also resided in the town of Little Falls, Monroe County Wisconsin. They had several children to gether. John was born 1/27/ 1821 Hanna was bonr 2/15/1818 per there gravestone. She had childern prior to her marriage to John.
