The Frank John Tock you speak of may be my GGrandfather. He was married to Stella Tock and they had 8 children: Ivan, Frank, Clair, Betty, Dick, Dora & Cora (twins), Emily & Jim. Cora died at 6 months.

Yes you are right. Dora Tock is now Dora Hepler. She and my mother are cousins. My Mother is Kathryn Tock Andres. Her parents were Paul John & Cecil Lindsey-Tock of east third st. Oil City. You Great grandfather and my grandfather were brothers.

Somewhere around Germany, Poland area to the United States. James F Tock emigrated. Had a brother? they moved to the Oil Clty Pa area.

Dad figures the name may have been Toch at one time.
