MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Albert C. Timm, 88, of Muscatine died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2001, at Lutheran Homes.

Services are pending at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home.

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. - Sylvia DeLea Timm, 74, St. Joseph, died Friday, Feb. 28, 2003 at Jordan's Nursing Home in Bridgman.

Services are 2 p.m., Monday at the Kerley & Starks Funeral Home in St. Joseph. The Rev. Carl Pagel will officiate. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Muscatine, Iowa, 3 p.m., Wednesday.

Visitation is 1-2 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. Memorial may be made to Grace Lutheran Church.

Ms. Timm was born Sept. 27, 1928 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter to Harry and Gertrude Kranz Timm.

She was a registered nurse, having worked at the Highland Park, Illinois Hospital and later a private duty nurse.

She was a member of grace Lutheran Church and the musical group, Shoreline Sounds.
She enjoyed growing flowers and singing.

Survivors include two sisters, Mary Beth (Lloyd) Sanborn of St. Joseph and Barbara Conrad of Tipton, Iowa; eight nieces and nephews, and two great nephews.

DURANT, Iowa -- Edward T. Timm, 63, Durant, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2005, at University Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.

Mary Jo Maass will officiate the services. Musical selections will be provided by organist Kathy Luthye and vocalist Henry Bentley. Casket bearers are Steve Wulf, Don Duncan, Jim Puck, Craig Meincke, Ron Schneckloth and Ray Hennings. Burial will be at the Durant Cemetery, Durant.

Mr. Timm was born Oct. 29, 1942, in Davenport, the son of Hans and Marie Martzahn Timm. He married Deanna K. Stecher on Feb. 24, 1973, in Davenport.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Reserve.

He worked for 37 years at Alcoa, Riverdale, and farmed in Muscatine County for 30 years.

He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandson and visiting with his friends. He enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii and visiting Tom, Bev and Tyler in Florida. He also enjoyed gardening and watching the Papillons play in the yard.

He was a member of Shepherd of the Cross Lutheran Church, Muscatine, Alcoa Retirees Club, Alcoa 25-year Club, Quad City Times Plus 60 Club, Tri-City Kennel Club, Muscatine County Farm Bureau and Iowa Corn and Soybean Association. He was a former member of the Walcott Community Club and the Iowa Pork Producers.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Jodi Bailey and husband David of Ankeny and Julie Timm of McKinney, Texas; a son, Jeffrey Timm of Tampa, Fla.; a grandson, Austin Bailey; his mother, Marie Timm of Walcott; a sister, Betty Brus and husband Melvin of Walcott; and a brother, Karl Timm of Walcott.

He was preceded in death by his father.
