Looking for any information on this Family from the
Pomeroy, Ohio Area.
William was my Grandfather. He was born 3/12/1886
He had bros. named George and Albert and sis. Susie
I believe there to be more siblings but those are the only names I know. He was married to Grace and may have been
married to an Emma prior to that.
Grace was my Grandmother. William and Grace had one
daughter Wilma Jean.

I think we may be from the same family. My grandfather's mother was Maragret Thoma. Her father's name was George and they came to America around 1850. I haven't gotten to this family yet. I have some from a cousin. It looks like your line goes like this; George & Margaret Thoma had 8 children; Margaret, Jake, Joe, Xavier, Elizabeth, George, Anthony, and Martin. I am from the first daughter Margaret and you are from the first son Jake. He married a Susan Epple and they had the following children; Elizabeth, George (married Caroline Mitchell), Lew, John, Will, Jake, Albert, and Joe. She doesn't seem to have any thing more on this family. If you think this is your line let me know and I will send you what I have.

There is a Sister to my William that I only knew
as Susie. My William was born in 1886
The only thing I have been able to find on Jacob and Susan
(Epple) is a questionable marriage about 1856 in Megis County Ohio
I would be happy to look over anything you have it you think
there is a connection.

William Thoma was my grandfather's brother. My grandfather was Jacob Thoma. There were 13 kids total. I have names and info on most of them. Please contact me and we can compare notes.
