I am trying to find out how we are related to her. She is my Dad's cousin. Her dad is David Snipes, her mom is Wren McAteer Snipes, and we are related to her (somehow) through the McAteer side. Thank you.

Rena Bell McAteer was the daughter of John M. McAteer (9/9/1851-1918) and Martha Adams (1850-1922). They are both buried at Shiloh ARP.P. Cemetery. Rena Bell had siblings Lillie Blanche, Jane, Ernest Ervin, Leila Ada, Hazel B., Leroy, and Corah Lee. John M. McAteer was the son of John J. McAteer (1825-1865). John J. McAteer married a widow, Martha E. Craig, Oct 01, 1819-Dec 22, 1989.
