Does anyone know where to find a marriage record for John Mallory and Priscilla Presley? I have found their marriage record online here at ancestry but it's just an index not the actual record. Thanks.- Jacob

Can you tell us where they married & when?

John Mallory and Priscilla Presley were married in Tennessee probably after 1847. Sometime between 1847-1860. I have found a family group sheet listing their marriage but no actual official record. The family group sheet states they were both born in Tennessee but doesn't give the date of the marriage.

John was born around 1815 and Priscilla was born around 1829. This is supposedly John's second marriage. He was first married to Elizabeth Isenburg on June 22, 1841 in Hawkins County, Tennessee.

I am assuming that the second marriage to Priscilla also took place in Hawkins County, or in Hancock County where they are found in the 1860 Census. Thank you for your help.- Jacob
