My great grandmother was Ella Blanch Ott from Bridgeton nj.born 1-28-1892 and died in feb of 1983.
I never knew her personally but know where her grave is in Bridgeton nj.
she was turned into an orphanage when she was two by her father who gave her name and birthdate and said her mom had died and he would be back for her.he never came back.the orphanage was in philly.Does anyone have any info on her parents?The orphanage apparently knows no more then I do if it still exists.Thought an ott out there might have heard of a little girl named ella whose daddy had to give her up and the family lost track of her.
