I am responding to an inquiry by B Collins. Peter Moser is my Great, Great Grandfather. I am pretty sure it is the same Peter you are mentioning because he was married to a Charlotta Fuhrman. Peter's father is the "missing link" that I am trying to find. I know this lineage came to the Odessa Area from Germany. Our family suspects the Alsace. My Grandfather, Theodor Moser's, family came from Rohrbach, Russia. I can give you some information going forward, but I too am looking to find a connection to Germany. I'd like to swap e-mail addresses should either of us find info that would be helpful to the other.
