I am descended from a David Steele from Scotland who married a Margaret Burton (b 1825) dau. of Edward burton and Martha Cullins

and they had a son also named David who married a Forban Alice Farnswich and they had a son Clem who was married in Grand casapedia. That's all I have on that branch but it sounds like you.
