I am trying to locate the parents of Margaret McNabb. She was born about 1830 TN, and married Merritt Ford in Wapello County, IA in 1852.

i remember a margaret i dont think it is the same one you are looking for. this one was married to uncle bob(robert) who now lives in moline, ill.im george lawrence mcnabb-- son of george lorenzo mcnabb grandfather thomas mcnabb whose is yhe son of Dow & Willie mcnabb.i have a pic. of them at their home on samantha street in ottumwa , iowa.1937/1938 not sure.i was born 9/24/43 in ott. iowa.dad was born 11/25/23 and grandpa tom 1905-1971 I wish i knew more-- can you help?

I noticed the name Dow McNabb in your post. Pearl McNabb was my great grandmother. She married Albert Smith. Her parents were Thomas Dow McNabb and Willie Leota Robertson. I would really like to get more information on this family.
