Looking for family tree

my sister is all into finding the mccain lineage. she is talking to "cousins" from all over the country. if you want, e-mail me and I will give her the message that you are looking for info on the family. from what i have found out, the family name came from a scottish chieftain, McIain, (which means son of john) of the MacDonald clan. a lot of them were massacred about 300 years ago by the Campbell clan. descendants then went back and forth between north ireland and scotland, and eventually great-great, etc. grandpa Alexander came to the colonies in the early 1700's and prospered and produced a multitude of us McCain's.

p.s. I just came back from Ireland and could not find McCain on the genealogy trees in the Republic. However, in Dublin, they do have frozen McCain pizza.

I am also trying to find my McCain ancestors. I have just started the whole genealogy process. I am looking for Ollie McCain, daughter of Hamilton McCain. Ollie was in Evansville Indiana for awhile, then moved to Carroll County, Tennessee with brother Clark and sister Laura. I am trying to trace them back as far as I can.
