My family are Macias and from Guayaquil too. I am currently working on my family tree and with talking with the family elders, I found out that My grandfather was actually born in Balzar, Ecuador in the province of Guayas. His father Manuel, was actually a rich man and had three wives with three different set of children. What are you parents and grandparents name? Maybe I can look them up for you.

My great-grandfather name was Manuel and my grandfather name was Silvio Lucas. Silvio's was born October of 1917. His brother's name were Poncho and Primitivo. They both were born in Balzar. I don't name my great-grandmother first name, but her last name was Coello. I know Manuel had another set of children with another woman, but I got no names.
