My family history is as follows:
My father: Russell Warren Lofgren, Sr.
His father: Ernest Arthur Lofgren, Sr. (b. March 9, 1905; d. March 31, 1985) married to Pearl Amelia Peterson (b. October 23, 1909; d. November 29, 1984)- 3 sons: Ernest A. Lofgren, Jr., Paul R., and Russell W. Ernie's siblings: John Albin Lofgren, Ellen Mathilda Princell, Carl Elmer "Al" Lofgren, William "Bill" Anton Lofgren, Ann Ruth Hanson, Clarence "Chuck" Roosevelt Lofgren, and Reynold Wilbur Lofgren. Their parents were Charles John Lofgren (b. October 29, 1863 - Dalsland, Sweden; d. Minneapolis, Minnesota) and Mathilda Anderson (b. October 15, 1864 - Dalsland, Sweden; d. November 4, 1929 - Minneapolis, Minnesota). They attended the Swedish Mission Church on 19th and Central Ave. in North East Minneapolis. I am looking for information - who are Charles and Mathilda's siblings and parents; I want all dates - birth, death, marriage, Immigration information, Passenger lists... Any information you can give me would be appreciated. Please e-mail me with your response(s).
Thank you!

My email address has since changed from the original post. You can reach me at s.dumire@comcast.net.

I've learned that Charles immigrated into America through Canada. I came across old notes from an interview with my Grandfather when I was a teenager.

I've also learned that the Swedish Mission Church might also have been the Salem Lutheran Church. The building is no longer there.

This side of my family "tree" is proving difficult to move forward with...ANY help would be gratefully apprecitated.
