Sarah/Sallie Kelly was the d/o Jacob and Harriett Lybrand Kelly. Jacob Kelly was from the Lexington District of South Carolina and was of German descent. I am researching this Kelly family of Coosa/Elmore Co., AL. My ancestor T. A. Kelly was a brother to Sarah. I have this Kelly family history back to the 1600's, and will be glad to share my research. Was wondering if you had any information on the susan Lary b.1878 that shows up on the 1880 census in Buyck. I think she married my gggranfather William Lafayette "Fate" Martin.
Any information would be appreciated.

William Lary was the brother of my great grandfather John Lary(named after his father) who married Emma Moon. I've traced this side of the family to Hancock County Ga in 1817. I believe from my research that the Lary's were from Ireland. There is a John Lary that came over from Ireland who lived with a physicians family for a while. I do know that John Lary in Hancock County won some land from the Georgia Land Lottery and ended up donating it to the American Indian war. From Georgia they traveled to Alabama and then to Louisiana where I was born. Need some other info let me know my email is kay1313@tds.net.
