Looking for information about Jacob Kujawa who lived in Wausau Wisconsin after comming here from Poland in 1909.

Birth in 1878 and died March 6 1954

I don't know if you're still watching this board, but I could find out a lot about Jacob Kujawa. He was my great-grandfather. You'll have to be a bit more specific in what you want to know, and I'll try to find out. :)

I'm very glad to hear from you. First let me tell you that my husband descends from Jacob. As I'm sure you know, Jacob was married when he came to this country and his wife died shortly after. My husband, Ted descends from his oldest daughter Pauline. Ted is deceased too, very young at 43, but I'm researching for our children and the other descendants from his oldest 3 daughters.

What I'm looking for is any history on Jacob, parents etc.....

Just wandering if your Kujawa's have any ties to Michigan.
My g grandmother is a Kujawa and her daughter moved to
Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Maybe......what is her name? There was this older lady that they called Old Grandma her last name being Buguleski or something like that. Does this sound familiar?

Their names were Mary Strzempkowski Paluch that is my
great aunt, and my great grandmother was Cecilia Kujawa
Wujek. That name doesn't ring a bell.

I know Jacob had many relatives in the Milwaukee area. However, at this point in my searchs, I have no idea what their names were other than the "Old Grandma".
