Hello Elizabeth my great grand father was Grzegorz Kujawa however he was known as Harry George here in canada. He was born in 1904 in poland a place called Chocienovie(Chociesnow)district of Koszyrsnie in Eastern Poland. I have his passport/immigration records but they are written in polish. His fathers name was Adam and mother Eufrozyna Sidoruk, from Russia. He had 2 or 3 brothers Adam, Alexander and Max.He also had a sister name unknown, I do know she married in 1933. He married Gefrosiuja Sidoruk(Jennie)in 1922, she was russian.They had 3 children in Poland the first died age 9 months name unknown, a son Andre born 1925 and daughter Eva my grandmother born 1928.He joined the army oct 2,1925 and immigrated here in 1928. Went thru my files and no Theodore. The only Rose I find died at age 7 months in 1958

I have a Joseph Novak married to Antonia Kujawa. Their daughter Stanislave (Stella) married Michael Mikolajczak.Stella and Michael lived in the Brown County, Wi. area. There were other Kujawa living in the area per census records.

Hello, my grandmother's second husband was Thomas Kujawa b. abt 1855 in Poland/Prussia and died April 1931 in La Crosse, WI. If you look at familysearch.org you will see entries for him and some descendants. Don't know who sent this in but they show the birthplace of Thomas as Kaliszany, Poznanskiego, POL
