All anyone needs to do is to contact Ernie (I have published his phone number numerous times) and he will gladly confirm the following:

1. I have never asked him for any money;

2. I volunteered to help him organize his autorbiography with no expectation of compensation whatsoever; nor would I accept any because it is his story about his life;

3. Ernie has no further expectations on getting money from the Atlas Monetary International Trust as a result of my intervention in that matter on his behalf;

4. When I worked for Andy Cipollo, I was his secretary and never solicited anyone nor received any money from anyone other than Andy Cipollo himself which was paid to me in the form of a monthly salary of $2,500.00 per month for secretarial services which included preparing board resolutions, database management and basic web management services. I resigned on May 31st, 2009.

Everything I have stated here is true and can be verified.

There is absolutely no hidden agenda here and despite the innuendoes of Mr. Brown, there is zero evidence to support his accusations.

I have no personal animosity toward Erik Brown. I have never met him, and have never transacted any business with him.

I only want to point out that I care about Ernie Kanzler as a person, and I find his spiritual views of life very inspirational and refreshing.

I believe Erik Brown means well for him also, but he is blaming the wrong person for Ernie's decision to cut Erik Brown out of his life.

In my opinion, Ernie likes peace and tranquility and found Erik Brown's demeanor to be quite contrary to that. However, anyone wishing to hear Ernie's own words on why he has disavowed Erik Brown should feel free to contact Ernie directly. He is always available by telephone.

I am not here to argue. People just do your research and look into Steve Fishman and do a background investigation.

I could care less about being on his boat. I know your eyes are clouded with big dollar signs as usual Steve.

You have only known Ernie for a couple years while you worked with Andy Cipollo scamming people out of money and now you have built a friendship for a lifetime or until the money runs out.

The people on this board are his family and have known him for years.

Ernie has always been gullible and has never picked his friends wisely.

I have no doubt you have befriended Ernie. He is easily persuaded and has always been gullible.

And yes I would like the man to speak for himself. I would like him to address the fake lawsuits, the fake statements that were made against me and my family while trying to protect him.

Ernie has zero interest in you. He does not want to speak to you; does not want to visit you; and wants nothing to do with you.

Ernie is very happy about his new boat, and he has invited me to its inauguration party. Erik Brown has NOT been invited.

Let the man speak for himself. The friendship Ernie and I have is a genuine one of mutual respect and will last for the rest of our lives.

As for the other sites you recommended, Erik, you might as well join the Church of Scientology. All of that information is over 15 years old and has all been thrashed out before.

Your hatred and intolerance would make you an excellent recruit for them.

Ernie is a very peaceful and spiritual man and has no interest in any of your viciousness. He chooses his friends wisely and carefully now as he has been victimized in the past by cults and greedy ex-relatives.

I recorded conversations held by me and Ernie Kanzler as well as when I met him in Vegas. The threats of lawsuit

I only knew Ernie as a child and I helped him by the request of him and my mother.

He sold me out by the thought he was getting millions of dollars.

It is up to Ernie to open his eyes and his family to help him out and keep him away from these guys.

I want all the information out there for you people to judge.

If you were really looking out for Ernie. You would have told him from the beginning about Andy Cipollos scam you were involved in. I have emails stating how you knew he was scamming but you had no choice.

Ernie is NOT getting scammed. Ernie, not me, will receive ALL of the royalties for his book. I do not need or want any money from Ernie. I am helping him out of friendship.

The book will be copywritten in ERNIE'S own name and he will have all rights, title and interest to it.

I have never asked Ernie for one cent. All I do for him is out of my sincere regard for him as a human being.

Ernie thought for awhile that he would like to register the Trust under his own name, but I told him it would be in his best interest to leave that alone. I explained to Ernie that if lawsuits were ever filed against the Trust, then Ernie might be opening himself up for legal liability. He agreed with my assessment and he has no further interest in that idea.

The advice I give Ernie when he asks me is to keep him safe and out of harm's way.

It is for that precise reason he has severed all ties with his former stepson, Erik Brown.

The reason he has no use for me is he sold me out to Andy Cipollo and Mr. Steve Fishman. I was doing research on both Andy Cipollo, and Steve Fishman to show you were fakes by the request of Ernie Kanzler while he stayed in my house last year and designed a new one for me. After I dug to deep and found out that Andy Cipollo and Steve Fishman and all there thugs are full of crap they bullied Ernie into giving him my information. Ernie's exact words. "I AM LOOSING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS" by you messing with Andy Cipollo.

I did this for Ernie as a favor. He did not listen. This is another JZ Knight Ramtha all over were he will be scammed until the day he is gone and Mr. Steve Fishman will collect the royalties on his book.

I am hoping some of his caring family members tell Ernie to stay far away from Steve Fishman and Andy Cipollo. He refuses to open his eyes and these people are feeding off of him.

This trust is a fake.

My family members have been threatened I have been publicly defamed on websites for helping Ernie Kanzler.

I already know this is not about proving he is Howard Hughes son. He is also just after the money. It is obvious he cares more about money then Human life.

Erik Brown is the son of Ernest Kanzler's fourth wife, Michelle Brown Dilorenzi.

Ernie does not speak with him and has no use for him, although his relationship with Erik's mother Michele is best described as cordial.

On the other hand, Ernie and I are very close friends, and you can confirm these facts by calling Ernie at (928) 301-4965.

Ernie was married to Kathleen, Annette, Carol, Michele, Jill and Belinda in that order. Belinda was his favorite, and Jill his second favorite. He has a daughter Nina with Kathleen (his first wife), and a granddaughter Sara who looks very much like Ernie's maternal grandmother, Katharine Hepburn.

Ernie met Andy Cipollo not through me, but through Doc Finch of Victorville in 2003, four years before I met Ernie.

I am helping Ernie write his autobiography, and the interesting years he lived with his adopted father, Ernest Kanzler, Sr., who was the Production Manager for Ford Motor Company and worked on the production team for the Model A and the Model T Ford. Later, Ernest Kanzler, Sr. formed CIT (Credit Integrity Trust), and then worked in his formative years for Bendix Aviation.

Josephine Kanzler was Ernie's adopted mother, and had two other adopted children, Robert Kanzler and Katrina Maxton-Graham. Josephine's sister Elinor was married to Edsel Ford, Henry Ford's son, and they had three children, Henry Ford II, Benson and Josephine, named after Ernie's adopted mother.

Between the Kanzlers, Hepburn and Howard Hughes, Ernie is American Royalty. I am proud to be called one of his closest friends.

In 1988 I was involved with the Church of Scientology and was the subject of mind control by the cult. I committed a financial crime for them and I was punished for it. I was able to the treatment I needed and I am thankful for that.

I have never met Erik Brown, nor have I ever conducted any business with him.

He is in my opinion not a very trustworthy man and is the reason Ernie is or was involved with Andy Cipollo who is just another fake Howard Hughes son. ACtualy I was with Nina for a very long time. I know the family history, I have spoken to Ninas brother, Mother and Erny on several acattions and know all the facts. Actualy more then most know.
I was out at the yelm proeperty on several accations and know of all the hidden areas with in the property as well.
I dont think that you should go as far as saying that you were married to Nina, as there is no record of sutch a thing
in any state.

That is false information in reguards to a half brother.
Ernest Jr is a single child. There was no other births of any males to either the Katheren & Spencer or to Ernys adoptive parents.
Although Vegas is possable it is highly unlikly.

Well Erny was a only child born to Spencer Tracy And Katheren Hepburn, Adopted out to Ernest Kanzler Senior and his Wife. And there were no sibblings from that marriage.
Erny was Married and had 2 childeren a son and a daughter.
The picture could be Erny but highly unlikley! And there was never a conection between Howard Hughes or Andrew J. Cipollo. I know this as I dated his Daughter "Nina" here in Seattle Washington and receaved the entire family histery from her and her mother.

Could you tell me a little more about your Gerhadine Canzler? Did she live in the US or Germany. Her birth and death dates, and what part of Germany she came from? Adolph Canzler was from Jena/Saxony. Paul Canzler (see Alexander's postings) was Adolph's brother. Another brother, Julius settled in Danbury Conneticut. There have been "rumors" of another brother (a black sheep) and a sister, Anna. I am wondering if there was more than one sister.

I am the grandaughter of Eugenia Pflugheber (married to Adfolph Canzler). My maiden name was Canzler changed to Cansler after a divorce in 1981. Grandpa Adolph was born Nov.10, 1857 in Jena, Germany - Died Apr. 17, 1904 in NYC, NY - buried in Trinity Cenetary, Brooklyn, NY. Grandma was born in Neckargerach, Baden, Germany Dec/ 17, 1862 and died in Ponpton Lakes, N.J. Mar. 11, 1940. She is buried at Madona Cemetary in Fort Lee, N.J. My father researched the family history at the Brooklyn Library and I have his original papers. I would be happy to hear from you. Live in CA with my companion kitty in a senior complex. I have recently renewed my efforts to trace my family's ancestry. My elusive great grandfathers name was Gustaf Adolf Canzler, but he used the name Adolf Canzler after immigrating. According to family lore, he had a brother named either Paul or George who went "west". Aunts and Uncles memories are vague, so I am not sure if it is Paul or George. Immigration period would be around 1883-85. Adolf stayed in the NYC area and married Eugenia Pflugheber. The only information that I have been able to drag up about Adolf is that he was born in Jena, Saxony, Germany, served in the German Imperial Marine Corps from 1878-1881 and died 4/17/1904.

MIDDLEFIELD — Miss Claire May Kanzler, 61, of Middlefield, died Wednesday afternoon, July 15, 1998, at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.
She was born on Sept. 6, 1936, in Flushing, Queens, a daughter of John and Elizabeth (Dzierqowski) Kanzler.
After moving with her family from Flushing to Middlefield in 1947, Claire went on to graduate from the Cherry Valley High School.
For over 40 years, she worked as a sales clerk at J.J. Newberry's on Main Street in Cooperstown until her retirement in 1995.
Claire was a member of St. Mary's Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Cooperstown, the Middlefield Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and the Roseboom Senior Citizens Group. She was also a former member of the Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy A. and Joseph Konchar of Milford; one brother and sister-in-law, John and Lora Kanzler of Middlefield and several cousins and many friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon on Saturday, July 18, 1998, at St. Mary's Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Cooperstown with the Rev. John R. Roos, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Index.
Friends may call at the Connell, Dow & Deysenroth Funeral Home in Cooperstown on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
Expressions of sympathy in the form of memorial donations may be made to the Middlefield Volunteer Fire Department First Responders, in care of Kevin Preston, 3539 County Highway 35, Schenevus, N.Y., 12155.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Connell, Dow & Deysenroth Funeral Home in Cooperstown.
