Any information on Kanzler family that relocated to south-central Indiana near Louisville, Ky. possibly from Germany

Son or grandson Edward Kanzler born approximately 1883

Surnames: Kanzler
My family is from Spencer County, IN which is just west of Louisville, KY. They came from Germany to this area around 1850 from what I have been able to determine.

I am aware of an Edward F. Kanzler born Oct. 16, 1882 and died March 11, 1962.
