Harms, 45, of 707 W. Ninth St., Lot No. 61 died Monday, Dec. 8, 2003, at his home from a sudden illness.
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, at the
Fry Funeral Home,
Tipton. The Rev. Eugene
Benda will officiate. Pallbearers are Danney
Harms, Steve
Harris, Adam
Harms, Randy Post, Dustin
Harms and Kevin Cook. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mechanicsville.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Harms was born Nov. 3, 1958, in
Monticello, the son of Donald
Harms and Doloris Christchson
Harms Harris. He married Katherine Ann Cook, Nov. 19, 1994, in
Tipton.
He graduated from
Olin High School in 1976.
He joined the U.S. Army in 1982 and served for eight years.
He was a mechanic for CDS for the past three years.
He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting, boating and eagles. He was a loving husband and father who took pride in his wife and children.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Danielle Cook of Tipton; a son,
Dalton Harms of Tipton; his father, Donald
Harms of Anamosa; his mother, Doloris
Harris of Wisconsin; five sisters, Dorthea
Horsfall and husband Paul of Waukan,
Dorrene Smith and husband

Minnesota, Donna
Ford, Dana
Reed and husband Ben and
Davina Woods, all of Wisconsin; and a brother, Danney
