Thank you Clifford, for your response. I am now nearly certain that Lysander was the father of our Orra Ann. Lysander was the son of Abraham, who was the son of James II aand grandson of JamesI in Vermont and Connecticut. Idt does seem one of these had an Elisha, but I have cannot find that information at the moment. Does this lilne correspond with yours?

Charlene, Does your HARD family line include a LYSANDER Haard? He was in Ohio in 1835, as evidenced by his execuition of Orra Ann Hard Adams husband's estate. This Lysander may have been from Medina Co. , Ohio, and was believed to have come from Vermont and Connecticut. Is there any correlation here with your line?
