Am trying to find any information or connections to my grandfathers family, Gottschalk's from Glauchau: mid to late 1800's:
Names I know are Henriette Anna, Anna, Agnes Augusta, Richard, and Erich (and probably many more).
Several moved later to Dresden (Zschieren) area.
Any information is greatly appreciated

I have some Gottschalk from the area you are speaking of.
My Great Grandmothers name was Elisabeth Eleonore Gottschalk b.abt 1879 Kalthof Kanthen, Preussisch-Holland, East Prussia.From a still living daughter of hers I was told that Elisabeth mothers name was Elisabeth Hus.I only know of 3 more sibilings of her. Emma, Gottlieb and Anna b.4 November 1870. I have some more info regarding children of these people and husbands, but all attemps to get any further failed. Maybe you have a connection that can get me further.
