Michael born Nov 1859, Thomas born 27/5/1861 and Patrick John born 30/12/1862.

John Flanagan emmigrated to Australia 1/6/1863 and seemingly disappeared, in 1867 Anne emmigrated to Boston (Springfield) and brought her children some time after where they remained.
