Can anyone help find a Penelope FASSETT who emigrated from Guernsey, UK in 1978
We know she married a fella called Steve (surname unknown) in 1980 to 1990
They went on to live in Saskatchewan and Steve was a shoe seller
We think there are 3 children
Penelope's parents were hoteliers on Guernsey and bought a hotel in Vancouver
