He lived and died in Mexicali, Baja California Mexico when my husband Vicente Heraclio Duarte was between the ages of six and nine, which would of been around 1970 to 1973. He was with Maria Heredia-Aguirre and they had five children together (Maricruz, Galdina, Vicente, Amelia and Monica). Dad's father's name was also Vicente Duarte and his mother's name was Galdina Tapia. Any information that can help us is greatly appreciated. We're trying to find out if he was a US Citizen. He also had brother's by the name of Angel Duarte and Fernando Duarte!
