I'm wondering if you could help me. I'm looking for information on a James Dowd born abt. 1835 in Ireland. Wife was Bridget born abt. 1845, sorry no last name. James Dowd is my great great grandfather. We think the children were all born in Mass., USA. He had four children that I know of. Jane Dowd born abt. 1862, Edward B. Dowd (great grandfather) born 1864, Patrick Dowd born abt. 1864 (not sure if Edward and Patrick were twins but on census they are the same age) Also another son James Dowd (must be Jr.) born abt. 1869. If you have any information on this would be greatly appreciated. I would like to go back beyond James Dowd 1835.
