With deep regret I have to announce the passing of a good friend and a wonderful 'Double' researcher of several years standing Mr Ray Double of Suffolk in England.
Ray suffered ill health for several years but, his determination together with his love of life, family and all things 'Double' kept pulling him through each trauma. Unfortunately, on New Years Eve last he had to give up the fight.
He passing has left a gaping hole in our lives as he, together with a cousin, Laurie in New Zealand, was a world renowned Double researcher and archivist.
Ray will be missed by his family and all his genealogy friends and colleagues. God Bless you Ray.
