I am looking for information about Ann CUNLIFFE b. 12/3/1823 Rainford (Bap. 6/4/1823 Rainford). she was the daughter of James CUNLIFFE & Mary BIRCH (b. 29/11/1793 Rainford d. 18/1/1831 Rainford). James & mary were married 11/12/1815 in Wigan, Lancs. Ann was the 2nd of 4 daughters.
Ann married Thomas DUXBERRY (bc 1827 Rainhill) on 18/12/1849 at St Helens, Lancs.
I have only one daughter listed (could have been more) Her name was Alice DUXBERRYb 13/11/1850, West Derby, Lancs. Hoping someone will have some connections.

Do you know the names of the other daughters? My search is for Catherine Cunliffe born around Billinge/St Helens late 1820s/early 1830s. Catharine Cunliffe is named as the mother of William Foster (my great grandfather) on a birth certificate that recently came into my possession. Date of birth August 3, 1862. Her husband was John Foster of Chapel End, Billinge (later Weavers Court).

1841 Census. Billinge Lane Chapel End, Film 306908. Catherine Cunliffe, Daur of Jonathan and Mary age 15. Siblings, Jonathan 15, Thomas 11, Francis 8, Joseph 3, and Mary 5. Remember that ages above about 15 were rounded down to the nearest five interval.1851 census film 87211, address was 158 Billinge lane nest door to my Great Great grand parents William and Mary Cunliffe. In this census her name does not appear, must have got married by then. There were a great number of Cunliffe's at this time.

My great grandfather was William Foster in this marriage certificate. He married Betty Littler on October 27th 1888, wedding anniversary coming up.
