I'm looking for information about this couple who are listed in the marriage records for Charles City County, Virginia: August 7, 1660, John Cunliffe and Jane Mountain. I'm trying to find out if this John is the one who came to Virginia, then later came with his son Peter to Newark in 1678, re-named John Cunditt. I've read some other posts that make the suggestion that John Cunditt first came to the Tidewater area of Virginia, then went back to England, then came to New Jersey. I'd like to know more about this John Cunliffe and Jane Mountain.
