Looking for my father, genetic reasons.
Maybe I have a sister or brother?
Have been told
Cota
is of French heritage by my mother. I think my mother may have met him in Long
Beach
, CA. He may have been a navy man. I was born in 1937.

Hi my grandfather was from Altar, Mexico and crossed over in a covered horse drawn wagon. Can't tell you when but it was many years ago. It was also passed down to us that we were from French descent. I just have not been able to trace the name. Do you have anymore info, or does this sound familiar to you? I'd just like to know where I came from.
Thanks,
Sandie
