page 6 of "Scranton Republican": The funeral ...took place...at the family residence on Pear Street....St. John's Church...Interment was in Hyde Park Catholic Cemetery. The pall-bearers were: Michael Battle, Mark Crane, Michael Durkin, Patrick Durkin, and Dominick Kildea."

Surnames: crane, wolff, steuben, fitzsimmons, westhauserm
the Mark Crane mentioned here is my great grandfather. he lived at 434 pear street. the list of surnames listed below are from the scranton area at that time.

Barry,
Mark Crane is also listed as a pall bearer for my Great grand father, Michael Durkin, died Aug 1, 1893. He lived on Palm St. I wonder why they were close friends.
