Andrew Carnahan - b. 11 June 1762 in Baltimore Co., Maryland - d. 4 May 1839 Rutherford Co., Tennessee.

While we don't know a lot about them, there are enough court records available to give us their names. His parents were a Hugh Carnahan and Mary.
Possibilities being considered for Mary's last name include McKinley and Finley. Right now I tend to lean toward McKinley.
