I have some new information for Laura Ellsworth Britton to add to my post.The Montana Census for 1900 for Fishtail,Montana has Laura E Britton Robeson B:New York and then it says she is a foundling and does not know how old she is or who her parents were or where they came from.PLEASE any Brittons that may have had a family member adopt an orphan from New York born in the early 1860's I need you to please get in touch with me,or I can not go any further with my family search unless someone knows how to find records on this.I do know that Laura had an aunt in Illinois in the early 1960's and was in contact with her daughter Jessie Robeson,my grandmother.
