was my ggrandfather Mariman R. Baxley b.1860 in
Saline Co, AR. Grandfather Robert Baxley b.
Oct. 1883. Any info on other Baxleys related

Does anyone have information on the parents of John Baxley b. 1806 in GA and married to a Rachel Bennett. They had a son by the name of Joel Benton Baxley Sr. born May 1837 in GA.

Would like information on parents of both John Baxley and Rachel Bennett if possible.

That's who this whole side of the family is looking for. When we find out you can be sure we will let you know. Right now i'm trying to find someone who can do some digging in Pulaski County, AR. Need to find exact date of Marriage between John and Rhoda to determine for sure which kids belonged to which wife. If not their wedding date, the date of Rachael's death and where. But my father's name was Charles Allen Baxley, Charleston, SC and his father's name was Charlie/Charley Baxley( I believe from the Georgetown, SC area and later moved to Charleston). I am just beginning to do some research, but I did come across some info on the net that stated that Rachel Bennett Baxley died in 1852 in Alabama. A tidbit of info you probably already know.I also copy and pasted this info for you. Looking for info on John Baxley b.1806-1880 and Rhoda C. Moon marriage.Children were Mariman Baxley b.4/1860,Angeline Baxley b.1863,and Nashcen Baxley b.1866.All were born in Arkansas.
