Looking for the parents of my 5th great grandfather, Elisha Holland. Elisha was born abt. 1799 in SC. He married abt. 1818 to Peggy Barnett (dau. of Elijah Barnett and Rosannah). Children of Elisha and Peggy were; Moses J. b. abt. 1819 SC, Lucien J. b. abt. 1822 GA, Adolphus Milton b. abt. 1828 GA, Leonidas Green b. abt. 1831 GA, Joseph S. b. abt 1833 GA, Thomas Preston b. abt 1836 GA, James V. and Francis M. whose birth dates are unknown. Elisha appears in the 1820 Jackson Co, GA census next to a John Holland (a possible older brother).
Any help or information on any of the above names would be greatly appreciated.
