Boy, I thought I was more organized than I actually am, LOL! I finally found what I was referring to in my 2006 post. I don't have a hard copy of the obit, it's actually just a print out from an online website. The obit is for Glendora Farson. Here is a copy of it, hope it helps!

Glendora Farson

The funeral will be held June 2 for Glendora Viola "Glenna" Farson of Eugene, who died May 25 of age-related causes. She was 76.

Farson was born July 9, 1927 in Preston, Minn., to Samuel and Edith Annonson Ayer. She married Donald Nauman in Rudd, Iowa Rudd is a city in Floyd County, Iowa, United States. The population was 431 at the 2000 census. Geography
Rudd is located at (43.128528, -92.903713)GR1. , in 1946. He died May 28, 1946. She married Robert Farson in Dallas, Ore., on July 7, 1951. He died in June of 1966.

She lived in Cottage Grove in 1959 and settled in the Eugene/Springfield area in 1966.

She was primarily a homemaker. She was an accomplished artist and she enjoyed painting landscapes. She also enjoyed gardening and collecting crystal pigs, birds and flowers. She was a member of the East Side Baptist Church in Springfield and the McKenzie Artists Guild.

Survivors include five sons, LeRoy Nauman of Dexter, Daniel and Jeffrey Farson, both of Springfield, Roger Farson of La Quinta, Calif., and Anthony Farson of Eugene; a daughter, Darla Myers of Fall Creek Fall Creek is the name of several places in the United States:

Fall Creek, a stream in New York
Fall Creek, a stream in Indiana
Fall Creek, Oregon, a town

; a brother, Jim Ayer of Yreka, Calif.; four sisters, Leona Ayer of Missouri, Roberta Johnston of Sebring, Fla., Jeanette Gunter of Taft, Calif., and Pat Hayden of Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. A son, Gregory Farson, died in 1958, a daughter, Linda Alberts, died in 1989, and a great-grandson, Caleb Alberts, died in 1992.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. Wednesday's service will be held at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Springfield Memorial Gardens.
