To Joe Merieno, my mom was born in Sonora, Mexico, and her name was Josefa Arviso, as a child she would talk of her sister's, my mom was born in 1899. My grandma's name was Dolores, and she is buried in Arizona, I don't know very much about my mom's side of the family, because they abandoned her as far as I am concerned, only when the needed money did they make contact with her. I never met any of my aunt's and I don't know if she had brother's or not. I know that their are relative's some where in Merced, Calif., but I have never met any of them. Mom use to talk are Hermosillo alot when I was younger, but she never said awhole lot. I do know that they lived in Arizona, where I think in Glendale, because that is where my mom met my dad.
