My great grandfather was Oscar Alsip. He lived to be 103 and lived in Vienna Illinois

Hello, I am a new member of the Alsip family. I am looking for lost relatives. My father is John Bennie Alsip and he lived in the metropolis area.

Oscar was a half brother to my great grandpa, George T. Alsip. Have lots of information on the Alsip line,can go back to 1600's.Have some on Oscar's family, but could use more.Alsip reunion in Vienna in June .

I am just beginning to delve into geneology and was wondering if we might be related--my paternal grandmother is Marwil Pooler nee Trier born 9/18/1915 of William Trier and Margaret Alsip--Margaret had 5 siblings(as far as I know)named Helen(who was my greataunt and married William Mercer),Ruth,Jane,Hazel and Oscar Alsip.
