Can anyone tell me what year did Maria Eva (nee unknown)born abt 1750, marry Frederick Ridenbaugh (sp) born abt 1750? Did they get married in Loudoun Co., Virginia. or Frederick Co. Maryland? They both lived in Loudoun Co. VA around 1780. After the death of Frederick Ridenbaugh (sp)abt 1782 Maria Eva married Christian Karl Beagle (sp) in 1784 in I believe Loudoun Co. VA.

There is no marriage for Frederick Ridenbaugh recorded in Loudoun. Be aware that quite a few early marriages were not recorded, in part due to circuit rider ministers who often left the county without giving their returns to the court.

It is also quite possible that Frederick married in Frederick County, Maryland.

As I stated before, the marriage of Maria Eva and Christian Beegle did occur in Loudoun.

Thanks Pat. I will check Maryland records. These Ridenbaugh are driving me crazy. I have been researching this family for what seems forever. So please forgive an old lady if she has a tendency to forget things she has received. My filing system needs to updated.
