AMEN. I, William
England of the County of Goochland, being in perfect health and memory, do constitute and appoint this to be my last will and testament and as for what estate it hath pleased almighty God to bless me with I give and bequeath in manner and form following:
First of all I give to my son William
Anderson England one half part of the tract of land I now live on, to be laid off on that part, where my son William
Anderson England now lives, to him and his heirs forever. Item. I give and bequest to my son David
England the other part of the said tract of land with the plantation where I now live on, to him and his heirs forever, also I bequeath to my son David, the best feather bed and furniture I have. Item. I give and bequeath to my three daughters, that is to say, Peggy
England, Mary
England and Susanna
England, one other feather bed and furniture and to be for their use until my daughter Susanna comes to the age of sixteen years and then the said bed and furniture to be sold, and the money equally divided among my said daughters, Peggy
England, Mary
England, and Susanna
England. Item. It is my will and desire that all my just debts and demands shall be paid by my executors out of my personal estate, as they shall think best to dispose off. It is my will and desire, that after all my just debts and demands are satisfied that then the remainder of my estate be sold by my executors and the money equally divided between my daughters following Susanna Sea, Mary Page, Ann Page, Sary Tibe, Elizabeth
Paschal, Lorane
Toney, Peggy
England, Mary
England and Susanna
England to them and their heirs forever and I do appoint my son John
England and my son William
Anderson England, Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness thereof I have here unto affixed my hand and seal this fifteenth day January 1768.
