Don't know if this will help you, but I have a Joseph Neale of Farquier Co, VA possibly married to Mary ___. Their son Benjamin Neale (my ancestor) was born in 1760 and died in 1853, married Delilah Barton born about 1761 either in MD or KY. Benjamin might have been the only son with 5 sisters.
Joseph Neale (d. May 1784). He had a brother Matthew, who was an ensign during the Revolution and who married Mary Burgess. One inquiry on ancestry said their father was Benjamin Neale b1733.
Children of Joseph Neale:
1. Benjamin Neale
2. Sarah Neale married Warner.
3. Anne Neale married Dawes
4. Mary married Wilkinson
5. Judith married Madux
6. Joanna married Foster
Benjamin went to Hampshire Co., married a widow, 1) Christianna Earsom, moved to Butler Co., KY, marrying 2) Delilah Barton in Adams County, OH.
Sarah, Anne, Judith and Joanna moved to Kentucky with their husbands.
Benjamin's children were:
1. Joseph of Muhlenberg County, KY;
2. Mary, wife of William Bird of Washington D.C.,
3. Richard B. Neale of Shelby Co., IN;
4. Malinda, wife of Woodbeck Low of Shelby Co., IN,
5. Thomas,
6. Joshua,
7. John
8. Mahala, wife of Eli Thomas of Rush Co., IN.
Joseph Neal (d. 1784) had a brother Matthew
Not sure if this is your line or not though.
