I'm looking for the marriage of Ellen (sometimes called Emma) Rizer and Joe Cates/Crates/Crate/Coates. Ellen was born 1896 in Bosque county and was the daughter of John Henry Rizer and Evelina Rainbolt.

I found them once on a census record and it's hard to read what his last name was.
