Surnames: Johnston
I am looking for any available information on James Johnston who was born on November 8, 1837 in Falkirk, Stirling, Scotland, the son of Alexander Johnson and Elizabeth (Betsy) Nimmo. Johnston was a member of Company “D”, 3rd U.S. Artillery during the American Civil War and died on November 27, 1929 in Melbourne, Australia.
