I am looking for information on Jason GERARD and his wife Jane. Jane (possibly GUTTRIDGE)was born in Ireland in the early 1800's. Nothing is known about Jason except his name. He had a daughter Frances Louise (Fanny)born in Greenpoint, Kings County (according to her marriage record)on 30 April 1852. By 1874 this family was living in Chicago, Illinois. Fanny was married there. It is possible that Fanny had a sister named Marie (Mary) who was also in Greenpoint and may have married in Greenpoint. The name has been spelled both ways.
