Bernice was my Dad's half sister. Her Dad was my grandfather, Robert Lee Greear. Her mother was Minnie Hankins who passed away when Bernice was a few weeks old. Robert later married Susan Hoskinson and they had 7 children. One daughter survives. Bernice was raised by her grandparents. James William and Sarah Ann "Sadie" (Bradshaw)Greear.
