R.C. was Robert C. Rhyne.
Henry Carisle Rhyne was my Great Grandfather.
He married a Josie or Josephine Tomlin.
One of their children was a daughter named Lizzie Lavell, she was my Grandmother.
Lizzie married James M. McClung.

I've run into a dead end with this census record on the Rhynes. Henry and Josie disappear after the 1900 census.
