Hi Barbara, I am also doing genealogy research for the Kollmorgens and tried to respond to you through Lutherans On Line. My husband's family are the Kollmorgens from Mecklenburg and I was able to track them back to John Carl Chrissoph Kollmorgen 1781-?. We seem to be from the same line. I have not been able to find ocean crossing information. Have you had any success?
